Don’t let your kids miss out on the fun of a great workout. Evening KID'S CLUB IS BACK!! A 60 minute workout, designed for children ages 4-10 on Tuesday evenings 4:30pm-5:30pm in the gymnasium.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Challenge yourself with one of our group classes - we offer over 50 classes each week starting as early as 6:00 am and as late as 8:30 pm - you're sure to find a class that's just right for you!
BODYPUMP A 60-min. workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came for-and fast!
Cardio Kick Kickboxing drills combined with basic cardio drills. May include jump ropes, weights, punch mitts, etc…Great fun and a great stress release!
Group Cycle/Spin A group cycling class taking members on a ride filled with steep hills, flat sprints, intervals, etc. Fun and great for those who do not prefer traditional group classes.
Pilates Combination of core strength following the traditional Pilates format taught by trained instructors. Come try the workout you have been hearing about. Beginners to advanced students welcome.
Synergy / Yoga An active high-energy class blending movement with breath to flow from pose to pose. Room is heated to yield maximum flexibility. Find your inner strength, focus, and clarity of mind in this class.
