If just coming to workout at a health club isn’t enough for you, let our classes give you the motivation to stay in shape. Our aerobic classes are a great way to lose weight, help change your body composition and create core strength. Whether you’re looking for a different workout or looking to maintain your bicycling fitness during the off season, our indoor cycling classes just can’t be beat. Lead by certified instructors; all of our group fitness classes are designed to challenge and mold your mind and body.

Some of our more popular classes include Yoga, Pilates, BodyPump, Bootcamp, Cycle, Cardiokick and Step. NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED! Just come in and prepare to sweat.

Don’t let your kids miss out on the fun of a great workout. For the summer we will be offering Outdoor Yoga for kids ages 5 and older on Monday mornings at 10:45am. Normal evening Kids Club will resume in the Fall.
