Personal Training Gets Results!

Just for joining you're entitled to one free orientation with a certified personal trainer.

Every person has different fitness and health related needs. At the Frederick Athletic Club, our certified personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals by providing quality and individualized programs. Your unique, personal program will be designed to meet your specific fitness and health goals.

Your trainer will motivate, support, and monitor your progress and will also ensure that you are using proper technique and assist you in advancing your fitness level. Our personal trainers will provide you with a one-hour training session, which consists of a 10-minute warm up on cardio, 45 minutes of strength training and 5 minutes of stretching.

Personal training is for you if you are:

  • A beginner, intimidated by weight equipment and unsure of correct exercise technique
  • Experienced and training hard but not getting the results you're looking for
  • Needing to lose body fat
  • Having a hard time sticking with a program

  • Injured or suffering from a medical condition
