Pilates: Combinations of core strength following the traditional Pilates format taught by trained instructors. Come try the workout you have been hearing about. Beginners to advanced students welcome.

Basic Cardio: Designed for members just starting in group fitness with basic step, kickbox, and body sculpting. Provides a great cardio workout. Not limited to Beginners.

Total Body Workout: This class will utilize multiple pieces of equipment to give your whole body a workout. Aerobic condition exercises as well as muscle strengthening exercises are utilized to push you to the max.

BodyPump: A 60-min. workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came for-and fast!
