Melissa Ojard

Melissa is a NETA  and Les Mills Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
She credits her enthusiasm for having overcome being overweight for most of her childhood and young adult life.
Over 12 years ago she changed her life and lost 70 pounds with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

“My passion is now helping other people with their journey to overcome their struggles and achieve living their best life."

Lauren Melia

Lauren brings over 7 years of experience in fitness working as a fitness coach, personal trainer and group exercise instructor.

“Through years of self training and then studying to get certified as a personal trainer I have learned that fitness is more than just cardio and weights and I strive to share that philosophy with others.  Focusing on posture, balance, core strength, endurance, and proper nutrition, I feel that anyone can achieve a healthy, fit, and balanced life and I look forward to helping others achieve that at every opportunity.”

Lauren has three children and is currently working on her English degree.

Don Boyd

Don holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science and recreational programming. He is a NSPA certified trainer, cycling instructor and BODYPUMP instructor.

 

 

 


Caitlin Witman

Caitlin holds a degree from Roanoke College in Athletic Training with an emphasis on Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. She specializes in training athletes and working with injuries and rehabilitation.

She is an NSPA certified Personal Trainer, BODYPUMP and Spinning instructor as well as a certified professional rescuer. She is also an incredibly accomplished sprinter and two-time MD State Champion in 100m and 200m.


Brandon

Brandon holds a college degree in Allied Health Sciences with a minor in Nutrition and Wellness. His specialized workouts make him a great choice for any person looking for real results. Male, female, young, old, athletes and everyday people, Brandon has something for you.

Brandon has a very strong background in the fitness community. He grew up in the Frederick area and attended TJ high school where he now coaches football. He was a multi-sport collegiate athlete participating in both football and track and field. He, at one time, boasted a sub 4.4 second 40 yard dash. Brandon is a trainer who practices what he preaches. You will typically see him sweating away in the weight room alongside all our members. One of his current clients has already lost well over 100 pounds since starting his training with Brandon. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or tone up Brandon will make that happen!

Michael Comeau has an intense passion for sports and fitness, particularly basketball and weight training (although he also plays baseball, football, tennis and soccer).

Michael holds a business degree from Towson University and is an NSPA certified Personal Trainer. He’s 100% committed to helping train people to achieve their goals.
