Bodysculpt: A strength class focusing on toning the entire body. May utilize weights, tubes, and balls to offer variety. Come ready for a challenge!

Cardiokick: Kickboxing drills combined with basic cardio drills. May include jump ropes, weights, punch mitts, etc…Great fun and a great stress release!

Step N Glide: Get ready to move! Great step moves combines with intervals of strength or power cardio. May utilize weights, tubes, balls, and gliding disks.

Kid's Outdoor Yoga: A 45-min workout designed for children ages 5 & older. Children get to experience the art of yoga and enjoy a great exercise routine while having fun.

Yoga, Gentle: Come ready to relax in this mind & body experience. A must for everyone.

Dynamic Kripalu Yoga: Kripalu yoga is the yoga of awareness. In this dynamic class, we explore physical postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation in order to create optimal energy, balance, and healing in the body. Appropriate for all levels, including active beginners.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: An active high-energy class blending movement with breath to flow from pose to pose. Room is heated to yield maximum flexibility. Find your inner strength, focus, and clarity of mind in this class.
